Forgotten Fallen: Benefiting LSF

CrossFit Addict hosted a special WOD January 18th, 2014 to raise awareness about some of the struggles our veterans face and to educate community members about the resources offered by Lone Survivor Foundation.  ABC News affiliate Channel 8 in Richmond, VA came out to this event and this video shows the highlights.
